None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. Heard Ms. A. Gayan, learned CGC for the respondent Nos. 1 to 5. It appears from the last order dated 19.04.2023 that Ms. D. Mahanta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that she has received no instruction from the client and accordingly has sought time for instruction in the matter. However, today when the matter was called none appears on behalf of the petitioner. The subject matter of the petition relates to setting aside and quashing the order dated 10.03.2021 issued by the respondents whereby the mail conveyance services work on the merged/new Tezpur-North Lakhimpur route Page No.# 3/3 was awarded in favour of the Respondent No. 6. In view of no representation today, it appears that perhaps the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of for non-prosecution.
