Heard Mr. H.A. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. S. Jahan, learned Page No.# 2/2 Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the opposite party-respondent no. 1 In the order dated 03.04.2024, it was observed that the applicant should surrender himself before the concerned Superintendent, Barpeta District Jail on or before 19.04.2024. Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has already surrendered himself before the Barpeta District Jail authority in compliance of the order dated 03.04.2024. Ms. Jahan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by placing a communication from the Superintendent District Jail, Barpeta, has submitted that the applicant has duly surrendered before the jail authority on 19.04.2024. In view of compliance of the direction made in the order dated 03.04.2024, the instant interlocutory application is closed.
