Sharma, learned counsel for Jorhat Municipal Board submits that the trade license has already been issued and accordingly nothing survives for adjudication in the matter. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed on being infructuous.
