ORDER Date : 19.04.2024 Heard Mr. P. Buragohain, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B.B. Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who submits that though the case diary was called for, however, the charge sheet has been laid in this case. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner Page No.# 2/2 has received summons from the trial court. In view of the facts that the petitioner has received summons from the trial court, even there appears no apprehension of the petitioner in getting apprehended in connection with the case pending against the petitioner before the trial court. Hence, this anticipatory bail application is hereby dismissed.
