Heard Mr. M.A. Sheikh, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. S. Sarma learned counsel for the opposite party. Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing the matter at some length praying for vacation of the order dated 13.02.2024, prays for withdrawal of the interlocutory application with an undertaking that the applicant shall hand over the charge to the petitioner in terms of the order of this Court, whereby it is categorically mentioned that the authority shall ensure that the applicant/respondent No.4 shall hand over the charge in terms of the order dated 29.12.2023. The prayer is allowed. Accordingly, the I.A stands dismissed on withdrawal. The applicant/respondent No.4 is directed to hand over the charge to the petitioner within a week.
