16.09.2024 This I.A. has been filed with a prayer to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner as described in paragraph 3 of the petition. Mr. A. Dey, learned counsel appearing for the OP submits that he has no objection if the prayer is allowed. It appears that the petitioner viz., Rajen Boro expired during the during the pendency of the Contempt Case leaving behind his legal heirs viz., Narani Boro

(wife), Junmoni Boro (daughter) and Swapan Boro (son), whose names and particulars are given in paragraph 3 of the I.A. In view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the OP and considering the statement made in the I.A., the application for substitution of legal heirs of deceased petitioner stands allowed. The three legal heirs of deceased Rajen Boro shall be impleaded as petitioner Nos.1(i) to 1(iii) in the Contempt Case. . The applicant's counsel to file amended cause title in the Contempt Case, within a week from today. Registry to list the Contempt Case after the amended cause title is brought on Page No.# 3/3 record. I.A. stands disposed of.
