The present application is filed by the legal heirs for substitution of the deceased petitioner in the connected Cont.Cas(C) No.153/2022. The connected Contempt petition was filed by the deceased petitioner alleging willful violation of the order dated 22.03.2021 passed by this court in WP(C) No.1930/2021. This court under its order dated 22.03.2021 directed the respondents to examine the deceased petitioner's claim for payment of retiral dues in terms of the representation filed. That being the position, this court is of the view that since it is alleged that the aforesaid order has not been complied till date, the petitioner being the legal heir shall be substituted in place of the deceased contempt petitioner.
