ORDER Date : 15.05.2024 (Vijay Bishnoi, CJ) After arguing the matter for quite some time, Mr. N. H. Barbhuiya, learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, has submitted that he does not want to press this writ appeal. However, Mr. Barbhuiya, learned counsel, has prayed that the learned single Judge be directed to dispose of WP(c)5784/2023 expeditiously.
