Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By this application under section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioners, namely, Masuk Uddin, Burhan Uddin & Salim Uddin have prayed for granting pre arrest bail who are apprehending arrest in connection with Doboka

sections 294/326/323/506/34 IPC. It is submitted by the learned Addl. PP that the charge sheet being CS No.27/2024 dated 30.03.2024 in connection with Doboka PS Case No.39/2024 has already been filed by the Investigating Officer after completion of the investigation. In view of the aforesaid, it is provided that the interim order passed earlier by this court 21.03.2024 in respect of the petitioner above named, shall remain in force till the petitioner appear before the learned trial court on receipt of summon and seek regular bail. In the event of such appearance seeking regular bail, the same be considered as per law. Accordingly, this bail application stands disposed of.
