Heard Mr. N. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. M. Page No.# 2/2 Deka, learned counsel appears on behalf of learned conducting Standing counsel, Mr. S.C. Keyal, NCB. This is an application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail by the petitioner, namely, Md. Sahid Alam @ Sahid Alom, in connection with NCB Crime No. 17/2023, registered under Section 8(c) of NDPS Act, 1985 r/w Section 21(c)/29 of NDPS Act. Ms. Deka, learned counsel submits that in this case, charge-sheet has already been submitted vide C.S. No.129/24 dated 06.04.2024. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of. The petitioner may approach before the trial court seeking regular bail and if any bail application is filed, the same will be considered by the learned trial court in accordance with law.
