Heard Ms. P. Naiding, learned counsel appears on behalf of the learned conducting counsel Mr. D. Medhi, for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D.P. Page No.# 2/2 Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. This is an application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., praying for pre-arrest bail by the petitioner, namely, Noore Muzassim, in connection with Basistha P.S. Case No. 1027/2022, registered under Section 120(B)/379/420 IPC r/w Section 24/41 of Assam Forest Regulation Act, 1891. Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, charge-sheet has already been submitted vide C.S. No. 290/23 dated

08.08.2023. It is also submitted that interim protection has already been granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 03.04.2023. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned court below within 15 days from today and if any bail application is filed, the same will be considered by the learned trial court in accordance with law.
