Heard Mr. S.M. Abdullah P, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State respondent. It is submitted by Mr. D. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the case has already been charge sheeted vide CS No.63/2024 dated 26.03.2024 and accordingly, he submits that the accused petitioner may be directed to file fresh bail petition before the trial Court below. In that context, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the accused is behind the bar since 18.02.2024 and till date he is in 45 days judicial custody. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for both side and also considering that the case has already been charge sheeted, I hereby direct the accused petitioner to approach the learned trial Court below with appropriate application for bail which may be considered in accordance with law. The W.T. message be kept in the case record. With the above observation and directions, the bail application stands disposed of.
