(C) No.1019/2023. The learned counsel for the applicant, submits that vide order dated

01.09.2023 passed by this court in I.A. (C) No.1019/2023, an error has taken place in the fourth paragraph of the order wherein the word 'awarded' was missing. The relevant portion of the order is as follows: "Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release 50% of the amount deposited by the insurance company to the applicant Mr. Najir Hussain Laskar @ Najir Hussain after proper verification and duly identification by their engaged counsel. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the word 'awarded' be inserted in the above paragraph. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and averments cited in the petition, the prayer for correction as sought for by the applicant is allowed and such, henceforth, the word 'awarded' be reflected in the said paragraph and the same shall be read as follows: "Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release 50% of the awarded amount deposited by the insurance company to the applicant Mr. Najir Hussain Laskar @ Najir Hussain after proper verification and duly identification by their engaged counsel. This order shall form part of the order, 01.09.2023 passed by this court in the connected I.A. (C) No.1019/2023. With the above direction, the interlocutory application stands disposed of.
