ORDER Date : 21.03.2024 Heard Mr. S.M. Mollah, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. B.B. Gogoi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. Page No.# 2/2 The present application has been filed for correcting some typographical errors which appeared in the order dated 15.03.2024 passed by this Court in I.A. (Crl.)/239/2024. Mr. Mollah, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the aforesaid order, it was directed to the applicant to appear before the investigating officer instead of learned trial court. Therefore, he has prayed that said part of the order deserves to be corrected. I have found that it might be a mistake at the time of typing. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed. Henceforth, the applicant is directed to appear before the investigating officer within 7 days from today which appeared in the order dated 15.03.2024 in I.A.(Crl.)/239/2024, shall be read as the applicant is directed to appear before the learned trial court within 10 days from today. This order shall form a part of the order dated 15.03.2024 passed by this Court in I.A.(Crl.)/239/2024. With the aforesaid direction, the I/A stands disposed of.
