12.02.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur in Criminal Appeal No. 14(2)/2023 upholding the Judgment and Order passed by the learned SDJM (M), Dhakuakhana in P.R. Case No. 448/2021 under section 380 of the IPC. I have considered the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties. Since the petitioner is already on bail, this court is also opinion to allow the petitioner to remain on previous bail till disposal of the connected criminal revision petition. Accordingly, the petitioner is allowed to remain on previous bail till disposal of the connected criminal revision petition. The criminal revision petition is disposed of.
