¶1Heard Mr. M.A. Islam, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, who submits that the case diary was called for. However, in the mean while, charge sheet has been Page No.# 2/2 laid.

¶2In view of the laying of the charge sheet, this bail application is disposed of, with an observation that the petitioner may approach the trial court and pray for regular bail before the trial court, if so advised.

¶3With the above observations, this bail application is hereby disposed of.
