Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides and considering the fact that the case has already been charge-sheeted, the present accused petitioners are directed to appear before the learned trial court below within 10 days from the date of passing of this order and on their appearance and on their filing a petition for grant of regular bail, the learned Court below shall consider the same in accordance with law.
