By filing this Contempt Petition, the petitioner alleges wilful and deliberate violation of the Court's order dated 06.03.2024. According to the petitioner, despite the order of this Court, Shri Sourav Dey and Beauty Gogoi have been appointed as Junior Assistant vide order dated 14.03.2024. Page No.# 2/2 Ms. N.N. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has produced an order dated 19.03.2024 by which the appointment of the two persons have been withdrawn until further orders. She submits that the order of the Court has been complied with and therefore, the contempt petition may be closed. Considering the submission made and in view of the order dated 19.03.2024 the Contempt Petition stands closed. The order dated 19.03.2024 is placed on record and marked as "X" for identification.
