Heard Mr. D. Choudhury, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Ms. D. Ghosh, the learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent. This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, Page No.# 2/2 1908 praying for transfer of Misc.(G) Case No. 4/2024 from the court of the Principal Judge, Family Court No. 2, Kamrup (M), Guwahati to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Barpeta. Ms. Ghosh has submitted that she has no objection if the case is transferred to Barpeta. After hearing the learned counsels of both sides, Misc.(G) Case No. 4/2024 pending in the court of the Principal Judge, Family Court No. 2, Kamrup

(M), Guwahati shall be transferred to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Barpeta for disposal. Both the parties are directed to appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court at Barpeta on 30th August 2024 for receiving further order (s). The transfer petition stands disposed of accordingly.
