29.11.2021 issued by the N.F.Rly, whereby tenders through E-tendering system were called from the experienced and reputed contractors for construction of sub structure of major bridge and the completion period was 18 months. The tender was issued on

29.11.2021. While issuing the notice of motion, this Court declined to pass any interim order stalling the tender process. On a challenge being made in a Writ Appeal against such rejection of interim prayer, the Hon'ble Division Bench also declined to grant any interim relief and accordingly, writ appeal was dismissed.
