The present application is filed for correction of typographical Page No.# 2/2 error at paragraph 4 of the order dated 12.12.2023 passed in Cont.Cas(C) No.503/2022. Paragraph No.4 of the corrigendum dated 04.04.2023 reads as follows: "IGN-14011/64/2023/6:- Please read the Date of Birth of the incumbent as 17.10.1992 instead of 03.07.1960 in respect of Sri Sri Gajen Kalita, Retd. Khalashi under Paneri-Kalaigaon Division, Irrigation, Tangla, Udalguri which got inadvertently mentioned in the Govt. Regularization Order vide No.IGN(E)104/2003/198 dated

03.10.2005." It is submitted that while tying the aforesaid paragraph No.4 the date 17.10.1962 has been inadvertently typed as 17.10.1992. Mr. Upadhyay learned counsel for the respondent has produced the original corrigendum from where the aforesaid paragraph was quoted. Perused the same Accordingly it is clarified that the date 17.10.1992 mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the order dated 12.12.2023 (supra) be read as

17.10.1962. With the aforesaid, the I.A stands disposed of.
