Claimant is present along with her counsel in Lok Adalat. Insurance Company is also represented. Page No.# 2/2 The matter has been settled between the parties at Rs.12,02,054/- (Twelve Lakhs Two Thousand and Fifty Four only) as full and final. An amount of Rs.6,02,054/- (Six Lakhs Two Thousand and Fifty Four only) has already been deposited by the insurance company before the Registry. The claimant is directed to withdraw the same after proper verification and duly identification by her engaged counsel. The insurance company is directed to deposit the remaining amount i.e.Rs.6,00,000/- (Six Lakhs only) to the claimant in her savings account through NEFT. The claimant is directed to furnish his/her bank details of any nationalized bank to the insurance company for necessary payment. The remaining amount will be deposited by the Insurance Company within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Send back the trial court record, if any. In view of above, appeal stands disposed of.
