This is an application under Order XXII Rule 3 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (for short, the Code) for substitution of legal representatives of the petitioner, who expired on 29.12.2023.

¶2Taking into account the statement made in the application as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the right to sue of the applicants herein continues even after the death of the petitioner, the applicants Page No.# 3/3 herein, who are the legal representatives of the petitioner be substituted as petitioner Nos.1(a) and 1(b) against the name of the petitioner in the accompanying revision petition.

¶3The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant is directed to file an amended Memo of parties before the Registry of this Court by 05.04.2024 and the Registry shall on the basis of the instant order as well as the amended Memo of parties make necessary correction in the cause-title of the accompanying revision petition and also update the same in the CIS.

¶4Interlocutory application accordingly stands disposed of.
