As per report from the Registry dated 06.06.2024, notice of the application is duly served upon the sole respondent. The matter comes up for consideration of I.A.(Civil) No.1027/2024 filed by the applicant with a prayer to condone the delay of 4(four) days in filing the Page No.# 2/2 connected the Custom Reference. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and after going through the contents of the application, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay of 4(four) days in filing the connected Custom Reference. Hence, the application is allowed and the delay of 4(four) days in filing the connected Custom Reference is condoned. Registry is directed to register the connected Custom Reference and list the same after the ensuing summer vacation. The I.A. (Civil) No.1027/2024 is, accordingly, disposed of.
