26.06.2024. (Vijay Bishnoi, CJ)

As per the office report, neither A/D nor unserved notice issued to the respondent has been received. However, the tracking report of the consignment indicates that the item has been delivered to the sole respondent on

27.04.2024. Despite the delivery of the consignment, none is appearing on behalf of the respondent. This Interlocutory Application is filed on behalf of the Department with the prayer to condone the delay of four (4) days in filling the connected Custom Reference. Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant and after going through the contents of the application, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay of four

(4) days in filling the connected Custom Reference. Hence, the Interlocutory Application is allowed. The four (4) days delay in filling the connected Custom Reference is condoned. The Registry is directed to register the Custom Reference and list before this Court after the summer vacation.
