The present Interlocutory Application is filed by the applicant under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 with a prayer to condone the delay of 4(four) days occasioned in preferring the connected Custom Reference. Page No.# 2/2 Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and after going through the contents of the application, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay of 4(four) days occasioned in preferring the connected custom reference. Hence, the application is allowed and the delay of 4(four) days occasioned in preferring the connected Custom Reference is condoned. The Registry is directed to register the connected Custom Reference and list the same for admission after the ensuing summer vacation.
