PP has submitted that the police has submitted charge sheet against the petitioner vide C.S. No. 23/2024, dated 31.01.2024 in connection with Panbazar P.S. Case No. 311/2023 under Section 20(b)/(ii)(B) of Page No.# 2/2 NDPS Act, 1985. In view of the above, the petitioner may approach before the trial court seeking regular bail and in the event of filing such bail application, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
