Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has submitted that charge-sheet has been laid against the petitioner Page No.# 2/2 being C.S. No. 80/2024 dated 16.04.2024. The petitioner is directed to appear before the jurisdictional court within 20 days and apply for regular bail, if so advised, which be considered by the court as per merits of the case.
