Heard Mr. R. Bora, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent.

Mr. Bora, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the present interlocutory application has been filed by the petitioner for extension of interim order dated 27.02.2024 granted in AB No. 482/2024, wherein this Court had directed the applicants to appear before the concerned I.O. within 7 (seven) days from the date of passing the aforesaid order. However, vide order dated

05.04.2024, passed in AB No. 482/2024, it has already been extended the interim protection till 06.05.2024 and accordingly it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present interlocutory application has become infructuous.

In view of above, the present interlocutory application stands disposed of being rendered infructuous.
