Judgment

O R D E R

29.04.2024 Heard learned counsel for the parties. This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioners, 1. Ali Hussain, 2. Nur Khatun Bibi and 3. Almina Khatun in connection with Chapar Police Station case No. 30/2024 under Section 302/120B IPC. Case diary as called for has been produced. Perused the same. The investigation is at early stage and the Investigating Officer is also waiting for the FSL report. In that view of the matter, considering the matter in its entirety more particularly stage of investigation and the material so far collected by the I/O, this court is of the view that the petitioners have not able to make a case for grant of bail at this stage inasmuch as further custodial interrogation of the petitioners may be necessary. Accordingly, this bail application stands rejected at this stage.
