On the last occasion when the matter was taken up on 05.09.2024, the following order was passed. " Mr. B.K. Bhagawati, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the petitioners has received her pension up to the month of July, 2024. He, however, submits that some retirement benefits are yet to be paid to the petitioner. On his request, list the matter again on 18.09.2024." Shri D.C. Kalita, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the meantime, the retirement benefits have also been paid. Also heard Shri G. Pegu, learned Standing Counsel, Elementary Education Page No.# 3/3 Department. In view of the aforesaid development, there is no requirement to continue with this writ petition and the same is accordingly closed.
