¶1The instant application has been filed for substituted service upon the sole respondent inasmuch as by way of the normal course of service, it could not be affected upon the respondent.

¶2This Court has also taken note of that on the earlier occasion, this Court had permitted taking substituted service but however, as no steps were taken, this Court did not permit extension on the basis of the earlier order. However, liberty was given to the applicants to file an application for which the instant application has been filed.

¶3Taking into account the above, this Court fixes the Regular Second Appeal Page No.# 3/3 on 02.08.2024.

¶4The applicants herein shall publish the notice in two daily newspapers of which one should be in "The Assam Tribune" and the other in Assamese news daily "The Dainik Janambhumi". The said notice has to be first vetted through the Registry of this Court before publishing the same on or before 01.07.2024.

¶5I.A. stands disposed of.
