Heard Mr. R. Konwar, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Addl. P.P., Assam. By this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for correction of the case number in the cause title, paragraph No.5 and in the order dated 03.04.2024 passed in the Criminal Petition as NDPS Case No. 56/2023 instead of NDPS Case No. 56/2024. Mr. Konwar, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that inadvertently a typographical error has been crept in the cause title, paragraph No.5 and in the order dated 03.04.2024 passed in the Criminal Petition as "NDPS Case No. 56/2023" instead of "NDPS Case No. 56/2024". I have found that it might be a mistake in the petition at the time of typing. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed. Accordingly, in the cause title, paragraph No.5 and in the order dated

03.04.2024 passed in Criminal Petition the case number stands corrected and be read as "NDPS Case No. 56/2023" instead of "NDPS Case No. 56/2024". Necessary correction be made accordingly. With the above direction, the interlocutory application stands disposed of.
