ORDER Date : 26.06.2024 Heard Mr. A.R. Agarwala, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr. K.K. Bhatta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1/Insurance Company. The learned counsels of both sides have submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the Insurance Company has agreed to pay an additional amount of Rs.1,40,000/- to the claimant. The letter of settlement has been produced before the Court by Mr. Bhatta. It shall form a part of the record. The original awarded amount has already been received by the claimant. Therefore, the Insurance Company is directed to pay Rs. 1,40,000/- to the claimant. The money shall be deposited in the bank account of the claimant within next 6 (six) weeks. The claimant shall furnish her bank details to the Insurance Company. The appeal stands disposed of. If the LCR has come, the same shall be returned. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
