15.05.2024 Heard Mr. R Mazumdar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. M.R Adhikari, learned CGC for the respondents. The learned CGC has placed before the Court the amended transfer order dated 14.05.2024 whereby the petitioner and his wife have been posted at the same place which is Group Centre, Amethi. The earlier individual transfer order of the writ petitioner from Group Centre, Guwahati to 60 Bn. has been cancelled. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives in the writ petition to pursue any further and accordingly the same may be closed. Considering the prayers made, the writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed. Page No.# 3/3 Interim order if any stands vacated. Copy of the modified transfer order is kept on the case record.
