¶1Heard Mr. M. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner, Akbar Ali @ Ali Akbar. Also heard Ms. S. Jahan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the respondent State. Page No.# 2/2
¶2The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that Charge sheet has been laid against the petitioner being Charge sheet No. 122/2024 dated 14.05.2024.
¶3The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Jurisdictional Court within 15 (fifteen) days and apply for bail, if so advised and the Court may consider the bail petition as per law.
¶4The matter is thus closed.
¶5Petition has become infructuous.
