¶1Heard Mr. B. K. Das, learned counsel for the applicant.

¶2This interlocutory application has been filed praying for correction of the name of the Police Station in page No. 1 of the anticipatory bail application filed by the applicant which was registered as AB No. 847/2024 as well as necessary correction is also prayed for in order dated 02.04.2024 by showing the name of the Police Station as Jajari Police Station in place of Juria Police Station. Page No.# 2/2

¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the said error has crept in due to inadvertent typographical mistake.

¶4Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer is allowed.

¶5Accordingly, in the order dated 02.04.2024 passed in AB No. 847/2024 wherever there is mention of Juria P.S. in the said order, same shall read as Jajari P.S.

¶6Further, the said order is also modified to the extent that the petitioner may appear before the Investigating Officer within ten days from the date of this order.

¶7With the above observation, this interlocutory application is disposed of.
