Ismail Sikdar @ Ismail Hussain v. Zinnat Ali

¶1Heard Mr. M. U. Mondal, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. S. Nawaz, learned counsel for the opposite party.

¶2In this Case, Rs.5,20,000/- was directed to be deposited by the applicant. The money has been already deposited and the present opposite party has been given the permission to withdraw the said money from the Registry of this Court.

¶3Therefore, the sentence imposed upon the applicant in the Judgment and Order dated 04.03.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Barpeta in Criminal Appeal No.25/2023, which upheld the Judgment dated 10.07.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First class, Barpeta in N.I. Case No.99/2021 is set Page No.# 3/3 aside.

¶4With the aforesaid direction the I.A. stands disposed of.
