ORDER

05.12.2024 Heard Mr. F.U. Barbhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that by filing this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the suspension order dated

05.11.2022. Today, Ms. M.D. Bora, learned Standing Counsel, Transport Department has produced the order dated 08.08.2024 by which the petitioner has been dismissed from service and she submits that the writ petition has become infructuous. Since the petitioner has been dismissed from service, it is seen that no cause of action survives. The petitioner will however be at liberty to challenge the dismissal order, if so advised. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of as infructuous. The order dated 08.08.2024 produced by Ms. M.D. Bora, learned Standing Counsel is being retained in the record and marked as "X" for identification. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
