Heard Mr. M.I. Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. The case was fixed today for production of the case diary. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the case has already been charge-sheeted vide CS No.42/2024 dated 30.04.2024. In this context, Mr. Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are behind the bar since 48 days and hence their period of detention may be considered. Hearing the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides and also considering that the case has already been charge-sheeted, the petitioners are hereby directed to appear before the learned Court below with appropriate application for bail which may be considered in accordance with law. With the above direction and observation, the bail application stands disposed of.
