Heard Mr. K.N. Choudhury, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. B.P. Borah, learned counsel for the writ petitioner. This writ petition is filed by the petitioner essentially being aggrieved with the e-auction notice dated 03/04/2024 thereby, the property in question is put to auction by the respondent bank. After attempting to argue the matter on merit for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, has submitted that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the respondent bank for considering her request to apply for OTS scheme, in accordance with law. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for
