¶2Earlier vide order dated 15.12.2023 in connection with Bail Appln. No. 1479/2023, the applicant was granted interim bail for 60 (Sixty) days as the applicant was seriously ailing and was suffering from 53% of physical disability. Then, vide order dated 13.02.2024 in I.A.(Crl.) No. 138/2024, the applicant's interim bail of 60 (Sixty) days was extended for another 2 (Two) months up-to

18.04.2024.

¶3Today it is submitted that the applicant is unable to move as he is suffering from Tuberculosis on his hip. The applicant is also suffering from 53% of physical disability.

¶4I have also perused the medical documents annexed along with this interlocutory application. The applicant is indeed suffering from Tuberculosis of hip joint.

¶5Heard Ms. M. Deka, learned counsel on behalf of the learned Standing Counsel for NCB Mr. S.C. Keyal.

¶6The learned counsel has submitted that the NCB will file an objection against the bail petition in connection with Bail Application No. 1479/2023.

¶7I have also perused the documents annexed along with the interlocutory application. I have scrutinized Annexure-H annexed along with the interlocutory application.

¶8Considering the Annexure-H, the interim bail is extended for another period of 1 (One) month. The applicant is directed to surrender before the trial Court on 20.05.2024.

¶9Bail Application No. 1479/2023 to be listed on 20.05.2024. It is further provided that the objection is to be submitted positively on or before

20.05.2024 by the respondents. Page No.# 3/3

In the above terms this Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
