¶1Heard Mr. S. Paul, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the respondent State.

¶2Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that Charge-sheet has Page No.# 2/2 been laid against the petitioner being C.S. No. 47/2024 dated 30.04.2024.

¶3The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Jurisdictional Court within 15 days and apply for bail, if so advised. The learned Trial Court may consider bail to the petitioner as per merits of the case. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
