Heard Mr. S. Borthakur, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. A. Chakraborty, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 5. By this application, the applicant, who is the wife of the late petitioner in WP(C) No.7361/2019 is praying for substitution in place of her husband on the ground that the petitioner died on 08.10.2022 and as the writ petition pertains to a challenge with regard to penalty imposed after Disciplinary Proceeding, the right to sue still survives. This Court has perused the cause shown in the present IA and is satisfied. Accordingly, the prayer for substitution is allowed. The IA is, accordingly, disposed of.
