15.11.2023, the petitioner remained un-represented. It is also seen that by order dated 22.05.2023 passed earlier in the present proceeding, the Court directed the petitioner to deposit a cost of Rs. 15,000/- before the Gauhati High Court Legal Services Authority, to show his bona fide and upon showing proof of such Page No.# 3/3 payment further consideration to be made to interfere with the ex-parte order and thereafter, to give the petitioner further opportunity. However, there is no such proof regarding the payment of cost of Rs. 15,000/- before the Gauhati High Court Legal Services Authority, as directed by the Court on 22.05.2023. This writ petition accordingly stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
