Majumdar, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4. Mr. Bhuyan, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner does not desire to press the matter any further. Prayer is allowed. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal. However, the dismissal of this writ petition shall not be held against the petitioner, if she participates in any future recruitment and the case of the petitioner shall be considered in such recruitment on its own merit without being influenced by the dismissal of the present proceedings.
