Heard Mr. A. Boro, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that respondent no.1 has been transferred and in his place Sri Akash Deep, IAS, Principal Secretary, Bodoland Territorial Council, Kokrajhar should be impleaded as respondent No. 3 in the contempt petition. Ms. S. Boro, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. R.B. Bora, learned counsel for the respondents submits that she has got no objection to the application being allowed. The prayer of the applicant's counsel is allowed. Accordingly, Sri Akash Deep, IAS, Principal Secretary, Bodoland Territorial Council, Kokrajhar is impleaded as respondent No. 3. The applicant shall submit a corrected copy of the Cause Title to the Registry of this Court. I.A. is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
