¶2By filing this interlocutory application, the applicants have prayed for return of the memo of appeal in the connected RSA 285/2019 along with the Court fees.

¶3It is observed that by order dated 04.03.2020 passed in RSA 285/2019, the appeal was ordered to be returned. Obviously, the return of the memo of appeal would be along with the Court fees.

¶4Accordingly, this application stands allowed. The Registry shall return the memo of appeal of RSA 285/2019 to the applicants along with the Court fees.

¶5The learned counsel for the applicants shall provide a photocopy of the memo of appeal to be retained in the record of RSA 285/2019.
