Heard Mr. D. Baruah, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant and Mr. S. N. Tamuli, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner in the accompanying writ petition and Mr. P. Nayak, the learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the GMC.

¶2This is an application filed by the applicant seeking impleadment as the Respondent No.4 to the accompanying writ petition i.e. WP(C) No.560/2024.

¶3It is seen from the records that the applicant herein has also filed a writ petition being WP(C) No.3993/2023 which have also been tagged along with the accompanying writ petition being WP(C) No.560/2024.

¶4Taking into account the subject matter involved in both the writ petitions, this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met if the applicant herein is impleaded as the Respondent No.4 to the accompanying Writ Petition being WP(C) No.560/2024.

¶5Accordingly, the applicant herein is impleaded as Respondent No.4 to the accompanying writ petition.

¶3Mr. S. N. Tamuli, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner is directed to file a fresh Memo of Parties before the Registry of this Court Page No.# 3/3 within 3 (three) days and on the basis of the said Memo of Parties and the order passed herein, the Registry is directed to make necessary changes in the Cause Title as well as update the same in the CIS.
