¶2Notice in this case was issued on 07.05.2018. Page No.# 3/3

¶3Registry has already received the relevant records of FT(D) Case No.163/2015 from the Foreigners' Tribunal, Court No.10th at Sankardev Nagar, Hojai, Assam that was called for by order dated 07.05.2018.

¶4The petitioner is on interim protection and interim bail since 07.05.2018.

¶5When the matter was taken up for consideration, the petitioner remained unrepresented though names of two counsels for the petitioner have been reflected in the cause list. Even on the last occasion, i.e.

07.06.2024, the petitioner remained unrepresented.

¶6As such, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

¶7The interim protection and interim bail granted to the petitioner in this proceeding by the order dated 07.05.2018 is hereby vacated/recalled.

¶8Registry shall return the records of FT(D) Case No.163/2015 to the Foreigners' Tribunal, Nagaon Court No.10th at Sankardev Nagar, Hojai, Assam forthwith, along with a copy of this order.

¶9Registry shall also inform the Superintendent of Police (Border), Hojai.
